Is there a device to remote something - to play music / jingles by pressing a button on a cart wall?
To play some Jingles or to remote a lot of software and hardware, there is the Stream Deck from Elgato available:
With this device you can place audiofiles on a button to play. It's connected over USB. Also the Stream Deck can control the OBS System (Start/Stop Recording or Streaming) and a lot of other things. With additional Software it is also possible to control a lot of Blackmagic Design-Products (ATEM-Mixer for example).
To by you can use this (Amazon-affiliate-)Link: https://amzn.to/37yMdIa or pressing on the pictures.

Is it possible to edit videos with free software?

23.01.2020
To edit video files there are some good, free software around. Here a few samples:
- Davinci Resolve https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/davinciresolve/
- Shotcut Editor: https://shotcut.org/
- Olive Editor https://www.olivevideoeditor.org/
- Kdenlive Editor https://kdenlive.org/
- Blender https://www.blender.org/
Personal I'm using Davinci Resolve from Blackmagic. There are 2 different versions available - the free version and the Studio-version (one time pay about 300,- US$). But for the most editing situations - specially for Radio 2.0 - the free version is more than good.
For me it is the most professional software at the moment. But for newbies it maybe takes a while to learn the basics. But BlackmagicDesign is providing a lot of tutorial videos on their website: https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/davinciresolve/training
But if someone wants to use one of the other software - it's good. Everybody should work with tools with individually comfort.
